New Staff to Really Add Value to our Thriving Team
We are happy to announce new additions to the Leigh Christou Coventry office, all of whom are already adding value to our strong and innovative team!
We have Sumaya who is an AAT finalist, Lauren who joins us as a qualified ACCA accountant, and Madi who is studying for her AAT level 3. All committed individuals whose skills and personalities have been welcomed by the team and are great additions to our ongoing success.
5k Santa Dash
We are proud to announce that our team of Santa’s successfully completed the 5k Santa Dash through Leamington Spa on Sunday 10th December in aid of Myton Hospice, despite the downpour of rain! We raised £1,100, which is a fantastic amount and which makes our grand total raised this year to over £7,000! The Myton Hospice provides care to thousands of people living with terminal illnesses and their families all over Coventry and Warwickshire and we are so proud to support such an amazing charity. Eight Accounting Santa’s head for Leamington on the 10th December
Staff at Leigh Christou are joining in with the 5k Santa Dash through Leamington Spa on Sunday 10th December in aid of Myton Hospice. It might be a competitive dash, or even a dawdle for some, but either way we hope to raise funds in aid of this amazing cause.
Chris Christou, Senior Director, said that as a company we know about the great work that is undertaken by Myton Hospice and we have proudly raised funds for them during our fortieth anniversary year. Leigh Christou celebrates 40 years in business

Local accountancy firm Leigh Christou celebrated its 40th year in business this month with a summer evening party at The Riverside Glasshouse in Jephson Gardens, Leamington Spa. The evening saw colleagues professional contacts and clients come together at the beautiful riverside venue, where they enjoyed a selection of street food, drinks and classical music from the Signature String Quartet.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, Leigh Christou proudly partnered with Myton Hospice charity and on the night they hosted an auction with a selection of amazing prizes, all of which raised a fantastic £6,000.
Chris Christou, Director of the firm said “ the summer evening party proved to be a great success and it was a great pleasure to see so many clients, colleagues and professional contacts with whom we have developed long and enduring relationships over such a long period of time, come together in celebration of this momentous achievement. It proved to be a tremendous evening and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended, the success of which was further capped by the outcome of the auction which raised an enormous amount of money for a very worthwhile charity”
Leigh Christou was established in 1983 and has provided excellent accountancy advice and services to businesses and personal clients across the Coventry and Warwickshire community for 40 years.
Double Celebration

To add to the celebrations of our 40th year in business, our Luke Girling has won the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training ‘Apprentice of the Month’ award for his outstanding achievements and obtaining fantastic results in his AAT exam.
In addition to this, Leigh Christou has won the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training ‘Employer of the Month’ award.
We have taken on many apprentices over the years and enjoy helping them to establish their accountancy career. We are very proud of Luke and all our staff.
