Tax Inquiry Insurance
We have linked up with specialist insurer Qdos Taxwise Ltd, which for a modest premium, cover fees charged by ourselves and associated specialists in defence of any enquiry from H M Revenue & Customs. The insurance will cover up to £75,000 of fees (a lower limit will apply to some elements of cover) in the event of an enquiry or dispute, which includes:
- H M Revenue & Customs full enquiries
- H M Revenue & Customs aspect enquiries
- VAT disputes
- PAYE disputes
- NIC disputes
The insurance cover includes Appeals and Tribunals, giving you the comfort that you have adequate resources to fully defend unfair tax demands.
As an additional benefit you have available direct telephone access to Qdos employment and health and safety consultants for advice on any related matters.
