As a progressive, ever growing practice we are always on the look-out for talented people to complement our team.
A career in accountancy is both challenging and rewarding at every level and we pride ourselves on offering a range of opportunities both through our in-house training and through our external examination providers.
Our young team members either commence AAT training or join us following graduation and progress through ACCA.
Our ACCA accredited training programme provides our team members with not only the skills but the qualifications to progress. We are proud to have retained many of our staff over the years and see them grow and develop within the firm. Many have gone on to take up Senior roles, and even Directorships, within the business.
However, we also have a number of key employees who, having taken AAT, have elected not to pursue further study. Often developing their skills through our CPD in-house or external courses and growing their qualifications ‘by experience’.
We recognise and encourage each individual, at every level, and look to play to each person’s strengths. We believe the true value of our success can be measured by the success of our team. Our clients also recognise this through their recommendations and also testimonials, which we are exceptionally proud of!
If you feel you would like to be part of our team please tell us all about yourself by contacting jackiechristou@leigh-christou.co.uk (no agencies please – only real people need apply!).
