Our ACCA accredited training programme provides our team members with not only the skills but the qualifications to progress. We are proud to have retained many of our staff over the years and see them grow and develop within the firm. Many have gone on to take up Senior roles, and even Directorships, within the business.
However, we also have a number of key employees who, having taken AAT, have elected not to pursue further study. Often developing their skills through our CPD in-house or external courses and growing their qualifications ‘by experience’.

Trainee Accounts Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee who is eager to join a progressive accountancy practice. Ideally you will have already enrolled onto an AAT course and have some experience in an accountancy practice. The candidate will undertake a wide variety of duties including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts production, auditing and tax.
This opportunity is based at our Coventry office and we will support you through your AAT qualification.
